The rooms here are really nice and cozy, with everything you need like heating, a coffee maker, and a TV 📺. Plus, it's super convenient being just a stone's throw from the pub, making it easy to pop over for food and drinks. It's a great spot in Lancashire, right in the heart of things.

This is surely the best mini hotel, good and informative staff, incredibly comfortable rooms. As for me, the location is marvellous and beautiful, in the bathroom or over the mirror in the sleeping area. It's also close enough to the pub, which is 10 yards away at the most, the restaurant in the evening after arrival, and good transport links. The breakfast in the bar is outstanding and complementary.

The room was lovely and the en suite bathroom was wonderful. The location was beautiful with a real community feel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant, it was amazing and the portions were huge. The room was immaculate and had a lovely decor. The bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. The bed was comfy and the quilt was warm. The location was quiet and peaceful.
It would have been perfect if breakfast was included on-site. The lights on the steps to the room could have been better.
